Wrapper

Binder

Layer that holds the cigar together by means of vegetable glue.

Filler

Composed of long folded or folded sheets placed along the length of the cigar that allow air to run longitudinally.

Every part of the cigar making process is important to achieve a high-quality result. From a correct selection of the filling leaves that guarantee the adequate flow of aromas, flavors, and in turn contributes body to the cigar, to the delicate finishing process.

It is possible to differentiate the quality of the manufacture of a cigar from the first sight.

VITOLA

The vitola is applied to cigars before being laced or gathered. The vitola is another name for size and shape.

The color of the cigars ranges from the lightest, almost blonde known as Claro, and Colorado Claro, which has an ocher tint, to Colorado, which is dark reddish-brown, and Colorado Madura, which is deep brown made from the leaves more mature.
